ZnS:Cu Mn白色ACEL屏的发光特性

【摘要】 本文研究了ZnS:Cu Mn白色ACEL屏的发光特性。研究了Mn含量对EL光谱的影响,选择出了合适的Mn、Cu配比,在400Hz、200v激发下,实现了发白显示,亮度可达70～80nt。EL屏在激发过程中,有稳定的发光光谱。

【Abstract】 In this papers electroluminescence characteristic of ZnS Cu Mn AC powders was investgated. The effect of Mn concentration on the spectre was investgated. Appricited Mn Cu concentration was choosed. In excited condition of 400HZ 200V the cell apears white emission. The brightness reachs 70-80nt. In excited process the cell has steady spectre.
