【Abstract】 This paper deals with the technology and technical conditions of the process of extracting stevioside, which is to be purified by chemical coagulation, electrolysis and solvent refining. In the optimum condition, the decoloration rate of the extract can be above 95%, the stevioside content of the extract is about 80%, and the yielding rate of the product is from7%to8%.更多还原
