【摘要】 大连钢厂二轧分厂300轧机加热炉于1982年底进行了大修改造,设计了“双U”形排烟道,在保持炉子有效长度不变的情况下,实现了炉尾上排烟,解决了炉尾冒烟问题。同时还设计了喷流换热器,兼做部分烟囱。并将烟囱闸板安装在烟囱出口处。不仅重量轻、寿命长,而且调节方便。改造后的加热炉,燃料消耗下降40％,连续4年保持特等炉水平,节约重油3984t。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the modernization of reheating furnace for 300 mm rolling mill in Dalian Steel Works, the flue duct was designed with"double U" form. Under condition of the furnace effective length unchanged, the outgoing flue located at the top of the furnace end and the problem of leakage of smoke from the furnace end was solved. The jet-type heat exchanger was installed at the flue duct. This exchanger is of light weight, long life and convenience in adjusting flue valve which was fixed at the exit of chimney. After reform of reheating furnace, the heavy oil consumption per ton of steel has been decreased by 40%,the furnace has maintained the honor of being advanced one for four fyears, and saved heavy oil 3984 tons.更多还原
