【摘要】 <正> 2 鉴定情况 1988年7月28日福建省籼稻光敏核不育系选育验收鉴定小组着重验收鉴定5460 S 88PS04株系的1185株。该株系于5月1日播种,5月21日插秧,7月13日始穗,7月17日齐穗。根据田间和室内鉴定的结果,提出的主要结论是: (1) 5460 S群体已超过1000株,农艺性状整齐。 (2) 不育株率已达到100％,套袋自交不肯度为99.725％;验收当天镜检穗子下部颖花不育度达到99.87％。 (3) 从7月14日始穗到验收当天的不育期已历时14天。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have identified the indica photosensitive genic male sterile germplasm 5460 PS and developed the male-sterile line 5460S as well as two-line hybrid rice. The photosensitive male-sterility in 5460S is controlled by one pair of recessive alleles which the expression is affected by temperature as well as photoperiod.更多还原
