氧化物超导电子器件研究的希望与困难

【摘要】 一九八七年春液氮温区氧化物超导体发现后,世界出现了“超导热”。人们一方面寻找转变温度更高的超导体,同时也在探索氧化物超导体的实际应用,其中尤以超导电子器件研究倍受重视。本文综述半年多来氧化物超导电子器件研究所取得的结果和遇到的问题,并对比过去在液氮温区超导电子器件研究上所取得的实验和理论结果,分析了未来的发展前景和首先要解决的问题,以期裨益于我们的氧化物超导电子器件研究。

【Abstract】 With the discover of oxide superconductors appeared superconductivity at liquid nitrogen temperature in the spring of 1987, competition began between the scientists all over the world. They hope to find a new superconductor with even higher transition temperature on the one hand, in the meanwhile, people also tried on the application of oxide superconductor especialy in the field of superconductive electronic device. Here I survey the achieved progress and encountered difficulty in more than a ha If year, and compare them with the experimental and theorat-ical results obtained with superconductive, electronic device operated at liquid helium temperature,suspect their prospect and point out some problems which should be solved in advance so as to benifit to our research programme on oxide superconductor electronic device.
