【摘要】 颅内某些巨大的含液性病变或由于解剖位置的重要,或由于术后复发而难于处理,从1983年起,我们应用带蒂大网膜颅内移植治疗1例经反复穿刺无效的婴幼儿双侧慢性硬膜下血肿,1例术后复发的巨大蛛网膜囊肿,3例巨大的颅咽管瘤,1例脑胶质瘤术后局部液体的大量积聚及1例脑积水共7例,取得了满意的效果。经6个月至4年零9个月的随访,7例全部有效,3例液体全部消失,2例明显减少,2例减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 In neurosurgical practice, some intracranial cystic orfluid-containing lesions were difficult to manage either because oftheir importance of anatomical location or because of liable postopera-tive relapse. From 1983, we utilized intracranial transposition ofpedicled omentum for treatment of 1 infantile chronic subduralhematoma, 3 craniopharyngiomas, 1 relapsed arachnoid cyst, 1 post-operative fluid accumulation and 1 obstructive hydrocephalus withsatisfactory results. All seven cases operated upon and followed upfor 6 months to 4 years and 9 months had obvious good results. Thelesions cleared up in 3 cases, apparently reduced in 2 and reduced in 2.更多还原
