【摘要】 本文报告7例扩张型心肌病(均有心脏普遍扩大和全心功能不全)经用β受体阻滞剂治疗17天至24个月,治疗前后均作心脏 X 线摄片和超声心动图检查。结果显示,全部病例在用药一周后即有症状和体征的改善,尤以呼吸困难和心动过速改善明显。呼吸频率从29±8次/分降至19±1次/分;心率从91±11次/分降至73±7次/分,而血压无变化。继而肝脏回缩,浮肿消退,X钱及超声心动图显示6例心脏有不同程度缩小,其中1例恢复至正常大小。心功能7例均有改善,其中5例改善2级,2例改善1级。作者还探讨了β阻滞剂治疗扩张型心肌病的可能机制、适应症和注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven patients diagnosed to have dilated (congestive)cardiomyopathy,with marked cardiac enlargment and heart failure,were treated with propranolol for 17 days to 24 months.Chest filmsand echocardiograms were taken before and after the treatment.Markedimprovement of the symptoms and signs,particularly dyspnea andtachycardia,was observed after one week of medication.Therespiratory rate was reduced from 29±8/min.to 19±1/min.Heartrate decreased from 91±11/min to 73±7/min while the blood pressuredid not change.The liver was reduced in size,and edema subsided.The heart was reduced in size in 6 patients,as evidenced by X-rayand echocardiography,and in one of them it returned to normal size.Cardiac function improved in all,5 patients by 2 grades and two byone grade.The authors discussed the possible mechanisms Of the beneficialeffects of blockers in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy andoutlined the indications as well as the precautions.更多还原
