两种冶炼工艺轴承钢材质对接触疲劳寿命影响的实验研究

【摘要】 纺织机械中,轴承和锭子的失效形式主要是磨损或接触疲劳。本文使用真空冶炼工艺和市购轴承钢制成的两种试件在接触疲劳试验机上进行试验,并采用电子探针 X 射线显微分析、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析等先进测试手段进行两种冶炼工艺轴承钢材质差异的研究。试验研究表明:由于冶炼工艺不同,使钢中含氧量不同引起氧化夹杂物的大小、组成及性质等差异,因而对轴承钢的接触疲劳寿命有显著的影响。

【Abstract】 In general,bearings and spindles used in textile machines are made of GCr 15.Their types of failure are mainly wearing or contact fatigue.This paper presentsthe investigation into the material quality difference of two kinds of differentlysmelted bearing steel,using two specimens made from the vacumn-smelted bearingsteel and the market-supplied common one respectively,tested on a contact fatiguetester and studied by means of some advanced devices such as EPMA,SEM andenergy spectrum analysis.Conclusion can be made out of the testing results:different smelting technologiescause different oxygen contents in steel,thus make the size,composition and natureof oxidized inclusions different,and therefore have considerable influence on thecontact fatigue life.
