机床主轴系统油膜阻尼器的工作可靠性分析
Operational Reliability Analysis of Oil Film Damper in Spindle System of Machine Tool
【摘要】 机床主轴系统采用油膜阻尼器时,若参数设计合理,主轴轴端振幅降低程度可接近最佳阻尼效果,同时不致因油膜阻尼器存在制造误差而减小主轴共振频率的提高幅度,从而保证了机床主轴系统中油膜阻尼器的工作可靠性。
【Abstract】 With parameters reasonably designed, the amplitude at the end of a spindle can be reduced so as to attain nearly an optimum damping effect if oil film damper is used on a spindle system of machine tool. Meanwhile, the range of raising spindle’s resonant frequency will not be reduced due to the manufacturing tolerances and errors, if any, of the oil film damper. Therefore, the operational reliability of the oil film damper will be guaranteed in the spindle system.
