【摘要】 选用32只(64后肢)体重在11～18.5kg成年健康杂种狗,随机分为三组,每组10～11只。实验组将血管束植入源于肋骨、胫骨段的骨块内,并埋置肌间,对侧骨为无血管束植入的对照组。术后60～180天作大体观测、X线检查和组织学观察。在半数动物作骨缺血坏死模型实验的骨块,采用热灼法、蒸煮游离骨和硅膜包骨法,在不同时间内进行观察,其中以硅膜包骨的骨缺血坏死模型最为满意。实验证明,在血管束植入骨内后,可以重建血供,血管长入,骨细胞再生,发现有很多密集的成骨细胞、骨软骨母细胞、胶原纤维、新骨小梁和黄骨髓等组织,而无血管束植入的对照骨块均成为死骨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-two adult mongrel dogs weighing from 11—18.5 kilograms were divided at random into three groups 10 or 11 animals in each. A vascular bundle was transplanted into a piece of bone from the rib and tibia, which was buried in the muscules as auto graft. On the opposite bone side, a similar piece of bone was served a selfcontrol without transplanted vascular bundle. 60 to 180 days after the procedure all the animals were investigated by gross observations, X-Ray and histological exeminations. In half animals the ostconecrosis patterns were done, which there are scale, steamed bone and silicon membrane wrapped bone. The research were made in different period. Among them the patterns of osteonecrosis with silicone membrans wrapped bon’e is satisfaction. The experiment was demonstrated under light microscope that the transplanted vascular bundle did proferate to establish revascularization, and that the osteocytes, and blood vessles were also growing in the bone. There are a great number of osteonecronic cells, osteochondrogenic cells, collagenous fibers, new bone trabeculae and yellow marrow in the experimental bones.
