【Abstract】 A combined method of graded sieving, magnetic separating and density gradient centrifugating procedure wae used to isolate tubular basement membrane from renal cortex of pigs. The degree of purity of the tubules thus prepared was above 97% by using phase microscopy. After magnetic separation of the tubules,the nuclei were disrupted in a ultrasonicator,and finally the highly puri-fied tubular basement was obtained by discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation.更多还原
