【摘要】 本文报告一例非分泌型骨髓瘤细胞的超微结构研究结果。用荧光抗体法检测出在90％的瘤细胞内有单克隆Ig存在。电镜观察主要发现:粗面内质网高度发达,并呈不同程度扩张;高尔基复合体明显,有很多被膜小泡。超微结构特点和临床检查结果表明:本例非分泌型骨髓瘤是属于“不分泌型”的,而不是“不产生型”的。同时,对这种类型骨髓瘤的发生机理进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultrastructural study on one case of nonsecretory myeloma was reported. The electron microscopic findings showed a rather well developed rough endoplas-mic reticulum the Golgi apparatus, as well as the number of vesicles. Immu-nofluorescent study demonstrated the presence of monoclonal immunoglobulin in 90% of plasmocytes. These results suggest that nonsecretory myeloma in the present case belongs to lack of secretion, rather than lack of production of immunoglobulin.更多还原
