小剂量外照射对小白鼠自细胞数、骨髓象及CFU-GM的影响

【摘要】 小鼠X射线照射:0.05、0.25、0.5、0.75、1.0Gy后24小时检查外周血白细胞数、淋巴细胞绝对值、骨髓有核细胞计数和骨髓CFU—GM存活率。0.5Gy照射可引起白细胞总数和淋巴细胞减少。0.05Gy即可引起骨髓CFU—GM存活率明显降低。白细胞计数、淋巴细胞绝对值、骨髓有核细胞计数,CFU—GM存活率皆随照射剂量增加呈线性减低。

【Abstract】 The effect of different dosages of X-ray systemic irradiation(0, 0.05, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0 Gy at a dose rate of 0.05 Gy/min)on the granulocytic progenitor cell(CFU-GM)population in bone marrow of mice was studied,uging agar culture in vitro method. Twenty-four hours after exposure, white cells in the peripheral blood and bone marrow cells were observed. White cells (Y1) and lymphocytes (Y2) significantly reduced in dosages larger than 0.5 Gy.Correlation analysis showed that there was a close relationship between the dosages and the number of white cells, lymphocytes and bone marrow cells (Y3) .The linear regression in these three kinds of cells were as follows:Y1=16266.027-75.6090 (r=-0.907; P<0.05)Y2 =11625.853-56.4770 (r=-0.920; P<0.01)Y3=15.192-3.290D (r=-0.710; P<0.01)The CFU-GM (Y4) began to decrease at doses above0.05 Gy, and the dose-response relationship was shown in the following linear regression.LN Y4= 4.3364-1.0231 D (r=-0.984; P<0.01) .
