用高速摄影研究化学钢化玻璃的冲击断裂

【摘要】 <正> 在“用高速摄影技术研究玻璃的断裂行为”一文中,我们曾研究了用高速摄影拍摄玻璃断裂过程的装置,及影响裂纹显示的因素。本文应用文献[1]介绍的装置研究了不同离子交换工艺条件下玻璃的断裂过程,断裂形貌,测定了裂纹扩展速度。

【Abstract】 This paper is concerned with the effect of the main technological parameters in chemical tempering process (such as the composition of molten salt, heat treatment temperature and time etc) on surface stress and impact rupture process in sheet glass. The formation, expansion and morphology of crack in impact rupture process of large size (1200 × 700 × 3 mm) chemically tempered sheet glass were observed and recorded by using-high-speed photography. Experimental results show that the morphology of impact rupture of chemically tempered sheet glass depends upon ion exchange technology. The rupture process is related to eompressive stress on glass surface and tensile stress in internal layer and their distribution. Results of this work can be used for reference in controlling and improving chemical tempering technology for large size sheet glass.
