【Abstract】 If the average value of Poisson distribution is very large, the Poisson distribution can be transformed into the Gauss distribution, on this condition its mean square deviation (σ2) is equal to average value (A). This paper calculated the mean square deviation of Poisson distribution in the varied average value by use of linear least squares polynomial curve fitting method, thereby suggesting λ>10, fit range △x<λ± 2σ, the Gauss distribution may be substituted for Poisson distribution approximately.更多还原
