【Abstract】 We present here a new approach to analog circuit fault diagnosis.It is effective for the diagnosis of analog circuits which consist of transistors,diodes,resistors,capacitors and even operati- onal amplifiers.Only real-domain evalution is needed.A two-step diagnosis process for resistors and capacitors,respectively,and a decomposition approach are used to minimize the computation re- quirements.Furthermore,in order to reduce the necessary number of measurement nodes,a multifrequency measurement method is suggested.A flow-chart of the general diagnosis program is presented.And an example is given to illustrate the application of the approach.更多还原
