【Abstract】 In blood cross matching, normal sera may agglutinate T-activated red cells. A method to check T-activated red cells was investigated. T-activated red cells were prepared with pneumococcus. extract of 18 species of peanut were collected and prepared. No agglutination was found when the extract was mixed with A1 , A2, B, O and cord blood red cells. However, agglutination did occur when the extract was mixed with T-activated red cells. Thus, extract solution peanut and lectin of dolichos biflourus is valuable to check polyagglutination.更多还原
