用遗传学方法鉴别小麦对条锈病水平抗性的初步研究
A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON USING GENETIC ANALYSIS AS A POSSIBLE APPROACH TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF HORIZONTAL RESISTANCE OF WHEAT TO STRIPE RUST
【摘要】 为了试用遗传学方法去区别水平抗病性,将平原50、陕西蚂蚱麦、农夫198和E23等品种,分别与高感品种燕大1817杂交.F1抗性表现接近于中亲值;F2单株抗病性呈连续分布。由此可见,这些品种的抗病性是多基因控制的数量性状遗传,可能为水平抗病性.农大139和络夫林10号在本试验中,其抗病性为单基因遗传,符合其垂直抗性表现。
【Abstract】 In order to develop a genetic approach in identifying horizontal resista-nce,Crosses were made between resistant cultivars and susceptible ones,andresistance evaluation was conducted on the parents,F1,F2 and F3 progenieson single plant basis.On the basis of data analysis,it is considered thatPing-yuan 50、Shan-xi-ma-Cha、Nong-da 198 and E23 may have polygenic,and hence horizontal resistance,while that of Nong-da 139 and Lovrin 10,mongenic and vertical resistance.
