氧疗法:84例呼吸衰竭患者临床分析

【摘要】 本文对84例呼吸衰竭患者的原发病及其呼吸衰竭类型进行了分析。并探讨不同类型的呼吸衰竭进行氧疗的效果,重点分析氧帐在呼吸衰竭治疗中的作用,及不同氧浓度吸入对Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者血气的影响。

【Abstract】 84 patients with respiratory failure （PaO2<60mmHg,breathing air） were studied in order to evaluate:（1） the role of oxygen tent in the treatment of adult respiratory failure;（2）The effects of different oxygen concentration administered on the blood gases of type 1 and type 2 respiratory failure.
