感染日本血吸虫动物组织内不同时期免疫物质的定位研究
Study on the Immanoreaction in Animal’s Tissue Infected with Schis-tosoma Japonicum
【摘要】 家兔和小鼠在感染日本血吸虫后4周起,在肝、肠组织内即存有虫卵抗原;感染后8~16周抗原水平达高峰;16周后抗原水平渐趋下降。家兔和小鼠在感染后6周起,均于肝组织内测出了IgG抗体;感染后8~16周抗体达高峰;20周后抗体水平下降,肝组织内虫卵肉芽肿病变也减弱。组织内虫卵抗原和抗体的动态变化与组织内虫卵肉芽肿病变程度密切相关,表明血吸虫卵抗原是肝组织虫卵肉芽肿病变的致病因子。肝组织内抗体水平的消长,也与感染动物组织内血吸虫虫卵肉芽肿病变相关。
【Abstract】 Soluble egg antigen (SEA) was detected in the tissue of liver and intes-tine of rabbits and mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum A weekss after inoculation.The peak of antigen level in liver tissue appeared on the 8~16th weeks,and dropped down gradually in 16 weeks after infection.Specific antibodies(IgG)were detected in liver tissue of the infected rabbits and mice on the 6 th week after infestation.The peak of IgG level appeared on the 8~15th weeks and dropped down in 20 weeks after exposure while the schistosomal egg granulomas were remarkably diminished in size.The kinetics of the levels of egg antigen and antibody in liver tissue demonstrated a direct bearing on the formation of schistosome egg granulomas.Thus SEA might be a pathogenic factor of the formation of schistosome egg granulomas,while the antibody changes in liver tissue could also be correlated with the formation of the granulomas.
