人体尿液中有机酸的GC/MS定量分析

【摘要】 从人体尿液中萃取得到的有机酸,用GC/MS法进行鉴定,以对氯苯甲酸作为内标物进行定量分析。

【Abstract】 Extractable organic acids in human urine were analyzed by GC/MS. Theacids were identified and their concentration ranges were given with respect to4-chloro-benzoic acid as an internal standard.
