【Abstract】 The IL-2 production of peripheral blood mononuclear cels was studed in 47 normalsubjects and 18 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.The effect of indo-methacin,PGE₂ and a chinese herb Dang Gui on IL-2 production was also observed. The results indicated that patients with SLE showed a decreased IL-2 productioneither during active disease or during disease inactivity.PGE₂ which was used in 10^-6～10^-3M has a apparent inhibitory effect on IL-2 production either in normal subjects orin patients with SLE,and the inhibitory effect was dose-dependent.Indomethacinwhich was used in 1 μg in cell culture showed a much greater ability to increase IL-2production in patients with SLE than in normal subjects.The explanation for thisphenomenon requires further investigation.PHA-P,IL-2,Indomethacin.更多还原
