微波对大鼠致畸作用的研究
Microwave Effects on Teratogenicity of Rats
【摘要】 微波照射频率2.45GHz(CW),照射剂量分三组:20—25、8—10和0.5—1 mw·h/cm~2。照射方法:将各组孕鼠于怀孕后第6—15天放置有机玻璃笼内进行微波照射,空白对照组作假性照射;用阿斯匹林250mg/kg于怀孕后第9、11天灌胃给药作阳性对照。实验结果:20—25mw·h/cm~2组照射后肛温升高,胚胎发育障碍表现为吸收胎或死胎;8—10mw·h/cm~2组照射后肛温无升高,亦见有吸收胎和死胎,但程度较轻;0.5—1mw·h/cm~2组未见胚胎发育障碍。阿斯匹林阳性对照组可见明显致畸胎作用。0.5—1 mw·h/cm~2剂量组可考虑为大鼠安全剂量。
【Abstract】 Pregnant rats were exposed tomicrowave (2.45GHz)at power den-sity of 20-25mwh/cm~2,8-10mwh/cm~2and 0.5-1 mwh/cm~2 respectively for1 hour per day in 6th-15th days ofpregnancy.Experimental groupswere put in organic plexiglass cage(one per cage) at fixed location tobe irradiated.Sham exposed groupwas put in the same condition with-out exposure.Positive control groupwas given Aspirin orally 250mg/kgper day in the 9th and 11th days ofpregnancy. As the result of this,the tempe-rature of anus in 20-25mwh/cm~2groupincreased after irradiation.Some ofpregnant rats showed maldevelopmentof embryo,absorbed or dead foetus.In 8-10mwh/cm~2 group,the tempera-ture of anus did not increase afterirradiation,and the absorption anddeath of the foetus were shown inlow degree.In 0.5-1 mwh/cm~2 group,the pregnant rats did not show anymaldevelopment of embryo.Pregnantrats of Aspirin positive controlgroup showed obvious teratogeniceffect. Therefore,0.5-1 mwh/cm~2 wassupposed to be the safety-dose forteratogenic effect in rats.
