测定草类原料木素中酚羟基及总羟基的新方法

【摘要】 本文对几种测定木素中酚弪基含量的实验方法进行了详细的比较和讨论,认为:选择性胺解(PGC)法是目前几种方法中最好的一种分析方法,该法操作简单,具有广泛的实用性,对五种不同草类木素中酚羟基含量的测定均获得了准确可靠的结果。

【Abstract】 Several methods for the determination of phenolic hydroxyl groups in lignins have been compared and discussed in detail. Selective aminolysis (PGC) method is considered to be the best one among the methods studied. PGC method is simple and adaptable for all kinds of lignin. Accurate and reliable results have been obtained in the determination of phenolic hydroxy groups of five species of lignin.
