【摘要】 <正> 1984年底,城乡建设环境保护部(以下简称建设部)在成都召开了“第一次全国城市抗震防灾工作会议”,会后颁发了“城市抗震防灾规划编制工作暂行规定”,(以下简称暂行规定),明确了规划的基本目标,统一了规划的编制程序和内容。1986年3月建设部抗震办在兰州召开了“抗震防灾规划调查研究会”,总结了一年多来贯彻执行暂行规定的经验,研究了当前编制工作中存在的问题。为加速规划编制工作进程起了积极作用。目前,全国有四十多个城市正在编制规划,随着全国重点抗震城市数量的增加,位于基本烈度6度区的一批重要城市、省会城市和百万人口以上的大城市亦需编制城市抗震防灾规划。按照“七五”期间抗震工作任务,国家和省一级重点城市的抗震规划都要全部完成,其它城市和县城也要完成初步规划,因此任务十分艰巨。所以切实解决好当前存在的几个问题,对于提高规划质量是十分重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 it has been considered by this paper that to solve some existing problems for improving quality of program data base of urban earthquake risk mitigation is very important. It includes the research on regional seismic hazard analysis for dense region of earthquake-proof cities; strengthening damage estimate of different kinds of structures which has not yet experienced destructive earthquakes; to develope network technique for evaluating earthquake resistance reliability of lifeline system and focus attention on the analysis of the loss prediction and engineering decision.更多还原
