氢化考的松与哌唑嗪对麻醉猫肺动脉血压的影响
EFFECT OF HYDROCORTISON AND PRAZOSIN ON PULMONARY ARTERIAL PRESSURE IN ANESTHETIZED OPEN CHEST CATS
【摘要】 本文应用麻醉猫通过股静脉恒速注射的给药方法观察到:氢化考的松可以明显地升高肺动脉收缩压、肺动脉舒张压;可明显地降低股动脉收缩压、股动脉舒张压。静脉注射哌唑嗪可明显地降低股动脉压和肺动脉压,并且可以对抗氢化考的松升高肺动脉压和降低股动脉压的效应。
【Abstract】 Using constant speed injection through femoral vein in anesthetized catsobserved: Hydrocortison increases both PASP and FADP and decreases bothFASP in anesthetized open chest cats Prazosin decreases both PAP and FAPand it may block pressor and depressor response of hydrocortison on PAP andEAP in open chest cats
