【Abstract】 Three polysaccharides, isolated from Tremella fuciformis Berk, spore of Tremella fuciformis Berk and Auricularia auricula, were found to have inhibition effect on experimental ulcer in rats. The degrees of ulcer induced by stress-restraint were (po 70mg/kg×2d) 1.66, 1.50 and 1.16, compared with 4.33 of control. Areas of ulcer induced by acetic acid were (po 165 mg/kg×12d) 10.69, 9.62 and 11.57mm~2, compared with 19.95mm~2 of control. But the polysaccharides showed ineffectiveness on the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin activity. The results indicate that the polysaccharides possess antiuleer action.更多还原
