【Abstract】 The large scale investigation is to analyse thedeath cause of workers in three factories attachedto Anshan steel-iron company during twenty-fouryears.The method is retrospective cohort study.The main study targets are crude mortality rate,SDR,SMR and constituent of death cause.Thetotal person-year,is 264,846.According to the c-onstituent of death cause,the first is maliguancy,the second is cardio-varscular disease,the third iswound,poisoning and death in accident,the fourthis brain-vascular disease.The trend of malignaucy mortality is rising d-uring the twenty-four years.It is associated withthe high concentrated 3,4-B.(a)P and dust.In ad-dition,it is also associated with air pollution,theliving type,increased old-age workers,increasedcured people and raised diagnosis level.更多还原
