【摘要】 作者介绍了一种经会阴实时超声扫查前列腺的新技术。遵循若干技术要点能容易地获得系列质量较高的前列腺声像图。会阴途径(TPA)超声显像成功率在正常组为99％(108/109)而腹壁途径(TAA)成功率仅89％(96/109,P<0.05)。TPA显然优于TAA之处在于,它总能清晰地显示前列腺内腺,外腺等重要结构。经病理证实组31例临床初步应用,结果表明这一新方法有助于多种前列腺疾病的诊断(29/31),对前列腺增生症尤其有用(23/23)。作者认为,TPA的临床应用能够很好地补充TAA之不足;TPA和TAA的联合应用,可以构成比较理想的体腔外前列腺扫查技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 A newly improved transperineal scanning technique with real-time ultrasound for visualizing the prostate has been introduced.Series of prostatic sonograms with relatively high quality of image could be easily obtaned when several technical points were followed.The transperineal approach(TPA) had a 99%(108/109) of successful rate of imaging compared with a 89%(96/109) by using the abdominal approach(TAA,P<0.05) in the normal group.The obvious advantage of TPA over TAA was that the important structures s.uch as the inner and the outer gland of the prostate could be well-visualized constantly.Results of Preliminary clinical application of this new method in a group of 31 cases with the prostatic diseases showed that TPA was helpful for detecting the prostatic lesions(29/31),especially in evaluation of the prostatic hyperplasia(23/23).The authors believed that TPA could be avery good complement to using the ordinary TAA in clinical practice and that a combination of TPA and TAA would form an ideal parenterai prostate scannig technique更多还原
