用光声声表面波谱仪研究表面缺陷

【摘要】 论证了一个带宽为11MHz、无接触式的光声表面波谱仪,并给出了用这一谱仪测量固体表面缺陷的结果。

【Abstract】 In this paper,The Pulse Laser as a noncontact photoacoustic SAW spectrometerwith bandwidth about 11 MHz is demonstrated.The measurement depths of defect in surface ofsolid using this technique are given.
