氦氖激光管着火电压与极间距离关系的研究

【摘要】 实验研究了当充入不同组分的各种气体压强时,氦氖激光管着火电压与极间距离的关系,得出四组着火特性曲线,并作了讨论。

【Abstract】 The relationships between the ignition voltages and distance separating electrodesfor He Ne lasers have been investigated,and shown four group ignition characteristics about diffe-rent gaseous pressures and different mixtures.These characteristics have also been analysed anddiscussed.
