【摘要】 1985年9～12月间,延吉市检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染五例,发病年龄均为三岁以下,其中二岁以下者为四例。鼠伤寒沙门氏菌均由小儿粪便中分离并证实。主要临床症状为腹泻及高热,体温高于38.5℃,腹泻每天6～15次,并有粘液水样便或血便,不易与菌痢鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 5 Cases of salmonella typhimurium infection which found from sep.to Dec.1985 in Yanji were reported in this paper.All the patients were under 3years old,in which 4 were under age of 2.Salmonella typhimurium bacilli were isolated from feces.The main symptoms were fever(abovc 38.5℃)and diarrhea with mucoid anb watery or bloody feces(6～15times a day).It was difficult to differentiate the disease from bacillary dysentery.更多还原
