人工合成饲料不同硒水平对大白鼠胶原代谢的影响
EFFECTS OF SYNTHETIC DIET WITH DIFFERENT SELENIUM (SE) LEVEES ON COLLAGEN METABOLISM IN RATS
【摘要】 本文首次采用不同硒水平的人工合成饲料喂养大白鼠,观察到其胶原的变化与血硒呈正相关关系,尤以实验30天尿羟脯氨酸排出量为著(r=0.5454 P<0.01)。据此认为低硒确能影响胶原代谢,致尿羟脯氨酸排出减少。动物实验结果与大骨节病患儿尿羟脯氨酸改变相似,提示大骨节病致病因素可能与低硒有关。
【Abstract】 A Positive correlation between the contents of urinary hydroxyproline (HyP) and blood Se levels was found in rats fed synthetic diet containing different Se levels. The experimental results indicate that Se deficiency does a effect the collagen metabolism and reduce the urinary HyP excretion. The change of urinary HyP in this animal experiment is similar to that of the children with Kashin-Beck Disease (KBD), suggesting that the Pathogensis of KBD may redate to a Se deficiency.
