【Abstract】 Serum digoxin concentration was measured by radioimmunoasssay in 74 patients with various cardiac disorders on maintenance treatment. The concentration detected was closely correlated with the dose, age and function of the kidneys. Because of the sensitivity and reliability of the method the application of it to determining serum digoxin concentration in patients who are treated with digoxin is of important significance in regulating doses and preventing and diagnosing digitalism.更多还原
