【摘要】 本文应用Swan-Ganz导管实测30例COPD、肺心病人的PAMP与肺阻抗血流图指标a、B-Y、Q-B/B-Y 相关有非常明著性(P<0.01),PAMP 与 Hs、Q-BI、B-YI 的相关关系也有显著性(P<0.05)。在此基础上建立了用肺阻抗血流图指标计算 PAMP 的多元回归方程式。用本文公式计算的 PAMP 与右心导管实测的 PAMP t 检验证明无显著性差异(P>0.05),相关密切(r=0.767,P<0.0005)。用本文公式计算的80例正常人 PAMP 无1例>20mmHg,完全符合正常人的分布特点,而且病人组与正常人组用本文公式计算的 PAMP 有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。因此肺阻抗血流图这种无创性的检测肺动脉压方法具有一定临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The feasibility of detecting pulmonary arterial mean pressure(PAMP)with im-pedance rheopneumogram was discussed.There was significant correlation betweenPAMP measured by Swan-Ganz catheter and α,B-Y,Q-B/Y as well as Hs,Q-BI,B-YI that are the items of impedance rheopneumogram(P<0.01,P<0.05)respectivelyon 30 patients with COPD and cor pulmonale.A multifactor regression equa-tion for calculating PAMP with the items of impedance rheopneumogram was set upon the basis of correlation analysis.No difference between PAMP calculated on ourformula and PAMP measured by Swan-Ganz catheter directly was found on t-test(P>0.05),correlation of them was close(r=0.767,P<0.0005).None of the PAMPobtained from this equation on 80 normal people was over 20mmHg and all of themconfirmed to the distribution characteristics on normal people.Significant diffe-rence of PAMP calculated with the equation between the group of patients and thegroup of normal people was demonstrated(P<0.001).Therefore this method of non-invasive evaluation of PAMP was of value in clinical practice.更多还原
