第三脑室漏斗区表面结构与动情周期的关系——扫描电镜研究
RELATION BETWEEN THE EPENDYMAL SURFACE STRUCTURE OF THE THIRD VENTRICULAR INFUNDIBULAR REGION AND THE ESTROUS CYCLE: A SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY
【摘要】 用扫描电镜研究了成年雌性大鼠动情周期不同时期第三脑室漏斗区室管膜的表面结构。结果表明成年雌性大鼠第三脑室漏斗医室管膜表面形态、微绒毛及球状结构,呈现与动情周期相关的变化。动情前期直径2—5微米的球状结构数量多于动情间期。本文并对这种表面结构变化的机能意义进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The ependymal surface structure of the third ventricular infundibular region were studied at various phases of the estrous cycle in the adult female rat by scanning electron microscopy. It is showed that the morphology, microvilli and bulbous structure of the regional ependymal surface changed in relation to the estorus cycle, and the number of the bulbous structure(2-5μ) of the ependymal surface was statistically more at the proestrous animal than that of diestrus. The functional significance of the surface structure changing were discussed.
