雀梅藤的化学成分——3-乙酰基Ocotillol的分离鉴定
CONSTITUENTS OF STEMS OF SAGERETIA THEEZANS BRONGN--THE ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF OCOTILLOL MONOACETATE
【摘要】 雀梅藤为鼠李科雀梅藤属植物(Sageretia fheezana Brongn),自茎上部分分离得7个化合物,经理化性质和波谱分析,推定为木栓酮(friedlin,Ⅰ)、表木栓醇(epi-friedelinol,Ⅱ)、大黄素6-甲醚(physcion,Ⅲ)、大黄素(emodin,Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,V)、β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖甙(β-sitosterol-β-D-gloucoside,Ⅵ)和3-乙酰基-ocotillol(ocoffilol monoacetate,Ⅶ)。化合物Ⅶ为首次从植物中分得。
【Abstract】 Seven compounds were isolated from the stem of Sageretia theezans Brongn. They wete identified as friedlin (Ⅰ), epi-friedelinol (Ⅱ),physcion (Ⅲ), emodin (Ⅳ), ,β-sitosterol (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol-β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ) and ocotillol monoacetate (Ⅶ) on the basis of chemical and spectroscopio methods. Ⅶ is found in natural sources for the first time.
