一维磁性合金的电阻理论
THEORY OF RESISTIVITY OF 1—DIMENSIONAL MAGNETIC ALLOY
【摘要】 本文给出了在一维磁性合金中的RKKY相互作用的公式。在环形近似下,得到了一维的RKKY耦合电阻ρRKKY=ρ0 T0/(T-T0),与现有的理论比较,该公式是在很宽的温区内(T>T0)都是成立的,从而消除了ρRKKY~1/T的低温发散。结合一维的Kondo电阻及电——声耦合电阻,从理论上预言了一维磁性合金的p~T温度行为。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the formula of the 1-dimensional RKKY Interaction is derived, The 1-dimensional RKKY coupling resistivity ρRKKY=ρ0 T0/T-T0 is calculated by means of the ring approximation. It is valid in very wide temperature regiqn(T>T0). In contrast to the previous theory, it removed the T-1 divergency at very low temperature. This term coupled with the Kondo and electron-phonon resistivity, the oretical prediction are made about the resistivity temperature behaviour in 1-dimensionai magnetic alloy.
