乳腺癌实质内单个核细胞亚群的鉴别及其意义

【摘要】 采用抗单个核细胞(MNC)单克隆抗体和ABC免疫酶技术对32例乳腺癌和25例乳腺良性病变实质内的MNC亚群进行观察。结果,乳腺癌实质内的Leu1+以及Leu2a+、Leu3a+细胞数较乳腺良性病变少,而Leu11b+细胞较多,B1+和LeuM1+细胞则无明显区别。乳腺癌实质MNC较间质为少,主要为LeuM1+细胞和Leu1+细胞,Leu3a与Leu2a比值为0.5。LeuM1+细胞在有明显坏死的乳腺癌实质内显著多于无明显坏死组。提示,乳腺癌实质浸润的MNC亚群以Mφ和T细胞为主,Mφ选择性浸润于乳腺癌实质可能与肿瘤坏死有关。

【Abstract】 The host response of parenchyma in cases of 32 human breast cancer and 25 beaign breast disease in frozen sections was investigated through an avidin-biotin immunoperoxidase system with monoclonal antibodies to mononuclear cell (MNC) subsets. There were less Leul, including of Leu2a, Leu3a positive cells and more Leullb positive cell in parenchyma of breast cancer than in parenchyma of benign breast lesion. There was no difference in B1+, Leul+ cells between them. The mumber of the mononuclear cells was sparse or even absent in the tumor parenchyma. The LeuM1+, and Leul+, cells were of predominant cell types; Leu 3a/Leu2a ratio was 0.5; B1+ and Leullb+ cells were present in small proportion. LeuM1 positive cell within predominant necrotic parenchyma was more than in no predominant necrotic parenchyma.These suggested that considerable MNC subsets infiltrating breast cancer parenchyma were macrophages & T lymphcytes. LeuM1+ cell infiltrating tumor parenchyma may correlated with the necrosis of tumor cell.
