【摘要】 本文报告了7例植入胎盘,结合病例就其病因、诊断、治疗进行了讨论,并提出按其植入深度分类,对临床工作有较大的指导意义。文中有2例行保留子宫疗法均获成功。

【Abstract】 In this article,7 cases of placenta accreta were reported.In ana-lyzing the cases the causes,diagnosis and treatment were discussed.Itwas proposed that the classification should be made according to the depthof accreta.The proposal is quite important clinically.The two cases ofuterus-reservation therapies mentioned in this article were both successful.
