灰口铸铁气缸套内表面激光热处理的研究
Study on the Laser Heat Treating of the Inner Surface of Cylinder Sleeves Made of Grey Cast Iron
【摘要】 本文论述了灰口铸铁气缸套内表面的激光热处理。内表面采用扫描速度20mm/s,离焦量27.5mm,功率1000W,以螺纹或网纹的扫描形式进行激光强化热处理,可获得高度弥散的马氏体、渗碳体和残留奥氏体组织,提高缸套的强度和相对耐磨性,减小变形,并可改善与各种环的配副性能。表面激光热处理是改善灰口铸铁工件表面性能的有效方法。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the laser heat treating of the inner surface of cylinder sleeves made of grey cast iron. The inner surface is treated by laser with the following process parameters such as scanning speed, 20mm/s, the noral distance from the hardening surface to the laser beam focus, 27.5mm, and the power 1000W and with the scanning paths at screw or net types. A high level of dispersal mariensite, cementitevnd retained austenite structure may be obtained, The strength and the relative wear resistance of cylinder may be increased, it’s distortion may be reduced. The coupling behaviour filed to piston rings may be improved. The surface laser heat treating process is effective method for improving the surface property of parts made of grey cast iron.
