人参果的化学研究—皂甙GF-Ⅱ和GF-Ⅲ的分离与结构鉴定

【摘要】 自五年生人参的成熟鲜果中提取、分离得到8种单体皂甙。通过IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS和FD-MS等光谱测定,及与标准品直接对比,鉴定其中2种皂甙GF-Ⅱ和GF-Ⅲ分别为人参皂甙-Rb3和人参皂甙-Rc。

【Abstract】 From ripe and fresh fruits of five-year old ginseng 8 kinds of saponins were isolated. By spectral analysis and spectral data comparison with authetic samples, two of the saponins, GF-Ⅱ and GF-Ⅲ, were identified as ginsenoside-Rb, and ginsenoside-Rc, respectively.
