用原子吸收光度法测定Hg1-xZnxTe中锌的组分数

【摘要】 本文提出了一种用原子吸收光度法测定半导体化合物Hg1-xZnxTe中锌的组分数x值的方法。实验结果表明,本法简单、快速、结果准确。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a method of Zn in the compound Hg1-xZnxTe by AAS is described. Using this method to determine x value of the compound, the satisfactry results are obtained.
