【Abstract】 A dye laser cavity with double-prism, beam expander and grating has been (synchronously pumped by repetitive pulsed mode-locked YAG laser light. For R-6G laser dye, the following experimental results have been obtained: pulse duration 30 ps,peak power of the pulse 7.6 MW, pulse repetition rate 20 Hz, averrage power 9.5 mW, line width 0.04 nm (close to the transform limited linewidth).
