杂环胺双齿配体萃取稀土元素(Ⅲ)
Solvent Extraction of Rare Earth Elements with Bidentate Heterocyclic Amine Ligands (III)
【摘要】 本文研究了弱碱性杂环胺双齿配体邻菲绕啉(phen)分别在硫氢酸盐和二氯醋酸介质中,a,a`-联吡啶(bpy)在水杨酸介质中对稀土元素的萃联行为,比较了CCl3COO-、SCN-负离子有效半径和浓度大小对邻菲绕啉-稀土络阳离子萃取率的影响,得出了负离子有效半径愈大,萃取率愈高的结论。在相同阴离子(Sal-)条件下,萃取RE3+-phen,RE3+-bpy络阳离子的最佳水相pH值相似。由于phen的分子量比bpy大,所以phen的萃取能力也比bpy大。
【Abstract】 Solvent extraction behaviov of rare earth elements (Ⅲ) with bidentate heterocyclic amine ligands has thiocyauate been studied. We use 1,10-phenan-throline (phen) in solution of thiocyanate (SCN-) or bichloroacetate anion (HCCl2COO-) and the α, α’-bipyridine (bpy) in solution of salicylic acid (Hsal).It is found that the extraction efficiency depends on the concentration of anions (CCl3COO- and SCN-) and on the effective ionic radius of the anions in aqueous solution. The experiments show that there exists obvious ’tetrad effect’ in all these mixed extraction systems, and that the extracting power of rare earth elements strongly depends on the pH of the aqueous solution. In the presence of anion Sal-, the best extracting pH value of RE-phen system is similar to that of the RE-bpy system. The extraction rate increases with the increase of the effective ionic radius. The extraction efficiency of phen is higher as compared with bpy because the molecular weight of phen is heavier. In addition, we manage to determine the composition of the complexes in these mixed extractive systems.
