【Abstract】 A pair of male conjoined twins uniting from xiphoid to umbilicus was repor- ted.Their body weight amount to 4400g,with a independent bilary tract and digestive system,but liver appears parenchymatous fusion.The excl usion was made successfully on the 28th day after birth.The seperated section of liver was 3cm×6cm.After operation the elder baby suffered from septice- mia,and recovered quickly after proper management.The two seperated conjoined twins discharged healthily on the 58th day after operation.更多还原
