【摘要】 本文根据学龄儿童肘关节部位骨髂的X线解剖特点,制定出一套适用于男10～15岁,女8～13岁儿童的肘部骨骼发育年龄判定方法。该方法可分为两部分:肘骨龄标准图谱和肘骨龄计分判定法。骨龄标准图谱由男女分开的两套肘部X线标准片组成。计分法包括男女共用的肘部骨标志发育分期图和男女分开的相应骨成熟分数表和标准百分数曲线。两种方法都附有较详细的使用说明。骨龄图谱使用简便,计分法的精确性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 519 children（294 boys 8～15 of age,and 225 girls 8～13 of age）from Haer- bin were investigated and radiographs of their elbow were taken.A method consisting of both a scoring system and an stlas of skeletal development of elbow for assessing the skeletal age was established.There were two sets of atlss,one is for boys and the other for girls.The scoring system consisting of a rating system of bony markers for both sexes and two standard perce- ntiles(P₁₀,P₅₀and P₉₀)for boys and girls respectively.The atlas is easy to use and the scoring system is quite accurate.更多还原
