用多芯Nb/Cu挤压管法Nb3Sn超导复合线制成13T实用超导磁体
13T SUPERCONDUCTING MAGNET CONSTRUCTED WITH COMPOSITE WIRES BY MF Nb/Cu EXTRUDED TUBE TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 实验证实了用“MF Nb/Cu挤压管法”超导复合线制作13T实用Nb3Sn/Nb-Ti超导磁体的可行性。净孔径为φ40mm的复合磁体,在4.2K,中心场强达到11.0T;净孔径为φ18mm的复合磁体,在4.2K,中心场强达到13.0T,此时内绕组中的Nb3Sn 复合线的全临界电流密度J(cw)=310A/mm2,与短样性能相一致。
【Abstract】 The practicability of constracting 13T Nb3Sn/Nb-Ti hybrid superconducting magnet with composite wires using MF Nb/Cu extruded tube techniqe has been demonstrated.The achieved central fields of the hybrid magnets having clear bore of 40 mm and 18 mm are 11T and 13T at 4.2 K respectively. The overall critical current density (including the copper) Jcw of the Nb3Sn composite wire at the innermost coil of the 13 T magnet is 310 A/mm2, and is identical with short sample perfomance of the same wire.
