Pb(Ac)2—HBF4体系快速镀铅工艺的研究

【摘要】 为了解决氟硼酸铅价格昂贵的问题,本文试图用Pb(Ac)2·3H2O为主盐,探索出一个实际可行的配方及工艺。通过用霍尔槽作正交试验所确立的最佳配方及工艺条件为:醋酸铅Pb(Ac)2·3H2O200g/L,氟硼酸HBF4160g/L(指100%),硼酸H3BO320g/L,明胶1.0g/L,温度45℃,pH<1,阴极电流密度1—8A/dm2。文内介绍了镀液的配制方法以及维护保养方面需注意的问题。此后还投入了生产运行,作可行性研究,并作了外观、孔隙率和结合强度检验。最后得出结论以醋酸铅为主盐的快速镀铅工艺是可行的,不但可获得细晶细致无针孔的镀层,而且成本比原来降低40%。

【Abstract】 Due to the expensive cost of lead fluoborate, the author tries to explore a practical feasible process of Pb plating with Pb(Ac)2·3H2O as main salt. Through the orthogonal test with Hull cell, the optimum composition and operation conditions are found to be: lead fluoborate Pb(Ac)2·3H2O 220g/L, fluoboric acid HBF4 160g/L(referring to 100%wt.), boric acid H3BO4 20g/L, gelatin 1.0g/L,temperature 45℃, pH<1, cathode current density 1-8A/dm2. The direction of the bath preparation and some notes of its maintenance are introduced. Feasibility study is made, before being put into practical application. Quality tests on its appearance, porosity and adhesion are also carried out. Finally it comes to the conclusion that high speed Pb plating with Pb(Ac)2·3H2O as main salt is feasible. Not only a fine-crystalline coating free from porosity can be obtained, but the cost can also be reduced by 40%.
