木材热传导问题的研究

【摘要】 本文就红松(Pinus koraiensis)、水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)和兴安落叶松(Larix dahurica)三种气干材的热传导进行了研究。将实验数据进行线性和非线性回归,得出导热系数(k)和比热(C)随时间变化的规律。然后结合木材内部不同部位的温度与加热时间的关系,以红松为例求得k、C随空间变化的规律,确立了热传导微分方程。最后根据实验所确定的定解条件(边界条件和初始条件)求出了方程的解,从而可确定气干材内部的温度分布,为深入研究木材的热传导问题提供了基本数据和方法。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the heat transfer of three species: Pinus Koraiensis:Fraxinus mandshurica and harix dahurica of Wood, which are air-dried.According to the experimental data, we carry out linear and nonlinear regression and find the law of the heat transfer coefficient (k) and the specific heat (c) with the change of time.Then combining temperature and heating time within different, locations of wood and taking Pinus Koraiensis for example, we find the law of the heat transfer coefficient(k) and the specific heat (c) with the change of space and deduce the differential equation of the heat transfter. Finally depending upon certain condition (boundary condition and initial condition decided by experiment, We calculate the interpret of the equation. Therefore we can determine the distribution of the temperature within air-dried wood, which can provide the fundamental data and method for studying of the heat transfer of wood intensively.
